Pisang goreng pasir dgn saus ganache

Pisang goreng pasir toping ganache

Pisang uli 1 sisir (12 buah) pipihkan tekan dgn pisau lebar

Campur jadi satu :

1 cup terigu
1 cup + 1 sdm air
2 sdm susu bubuk
1 sdt garam

Celup pisang dgn bahan di atas lalu beri tepung panir, diamkan sesaat di lemari es, goreng diatas api sedang.

Fried banana ganache topping

Bananas uli*  (12 pieces) press with a wide blade to widen

Mix together:

1 cup flour
1 cup + 1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons of milk powder
1 teaspoon salt

Dip bananas with the above ingredients and give panir flour, let stand for a moment in the fridge, fry on medium heat.
